Solicitor whose “dysfunctional firm” failed to pay stamp duty to HMRC is struck off (LF)

The “chaotic” situation at a solicitor’s firm was no excuse for her failure to pay stamp duty to the HMRC, the Solicitors Disciplinary Tribunal has ruled.
